Whilst some climbers might think climbing should not be in the Olympics because it goes against some mysterious unwritten philosophy.. We think the more people get climbing.. the better!
Wind-surfing has been voted out of the Olympics and replaced by kite-surfing, so it i difficult to tell what factors are considered when a new sport is included but there is certainly a strong case for climbing.
